Attila Scharfenecker is a German and European patent attorney. As a physicist with many years of experience in the development of radar-based tracking algorithms for airborne radars, such as the NATO AWACS reconnaissance fleet, as well as for the MEADS missile defense system, he has extensive knowledge in the field of signal and data processing. These projects involved repeated collaboration in international teams and abroad. After working at EADS/Airbus Group, he moved to a Munich patent law firm in 2008 and qualified in 2011 as German Patent Attorney and in 2017 as European Patent Attorney. His work focuses on wireless communication and computer networks, including mobile communications, computer-implemented inventions and satellite-based navigation. He supports and advises his clients from the drafting and filing of patents through opposition and appeal proceedings to patent enforcement activities.
